Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier operations. Within Tirana, orders are usually delivered within one to two business days after dispatch. For other cities in Albania, delivery typically takes between two and four business days. For Kosovo, estimated delivery time is usually between three and six business days, depending on customs and courier logistics.

Shipping Costs
We provide transparent and fixed shipping prices based on your destination. Shipping fees are calculated per order and displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Our current delivery charges are:
- Tirana (Albania): 200 ALL
- Other cities in Albania: 300 ALL
- Kosovo: 7 EUR
These rates cover packaging, handling, and courier service costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed delivery errors caused by us. Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be clearly communicated on the website when available.
Delivery Responsibility and Failed Deliveries
